Term course cancellations

Term fees are due 14 days before the first day of the term unless arranged otherwise. Please contact me if you cannot meet this.

If you change your mind about joining a term class please let me know 14 days before so I can fill your spot with someone else.

Late cancellation before beginning of the term may result in a charge of up to 50% of the term course fee.
Once the term has started, it cannot be cancelled any more.

I will try where possible to give you the chance to catch up classes, however there is no entitlement for catchup if it cannot be arranged.

Individual class cancellations

My classes are generally fully booked, especially in these Covid times, so please let me know if you have to miss a class so that others that missed a class can catch one up.

I can’t guarantee that if you miss a class I can offer a catch up at another time, but I will try my best.

Covid vaccinations

The LoomRoom is a physically small studio, it would be preferable for all students to be double vaccinated and boostered. If you are thinking of joining a class and are not vaccinated please let me know in advance.

If you are sick during class time, please stay away.

Studio involvement

While the LoomRoom is a private artists’ studio, it is run as a community centre so people are encouraged to volunteer and participate in the community. With your involvement you become a member of the larger community of the Valley Community Workspace.
